The Provided Security Enclosure, Work Station Table And Shelving Allowed For Storage And Kitting Of High Value Parts In Close Proximity To The Shipping Docks So The Flow Of Loads Out Of The Facility Could Be Managed By One Person Per Shift. Shrinkage Of The High Value Materials Decreased Dramatically Once The Cell Was Implemented.
A Security Fencing Enclosure Was Needed Around A Production Department To Control The Movement Of High Value Raw Materials In And Finished Goods Out Of The Production Operation. The Provided Security Enclosure Took Into Account The Departments Space Limitations And Buildings Available Clear Height. A Sliding Gate Was Provided For Forklift Access And A Security Window Was Included For Dispensing Small Quantities Of Materials In And Out Of The Enclosure.
A Three Sided Security Enclosure Was Needed Around A Manufacturing Operation To Control The Movement Of Components In And Out Of The Operation. The Fencing Design Takes Into Account The Product Flow Pattern Through The Manufacturing Process. A Building Wall Makes Up The Fourth Side Of The Enclosed Area.
