Modular Buildings
Innovative Modular Buildings in Georgia

Custom Modular Building Enclosure with Integral Free Standing Mezzanine
The mezzanine and modular building combination provide a curing chamber environment for large products and a floor-supported environment for the HVAC system that controls the temperature and humidity levels within the modular building below.
This type of configuration is ideal for processes that require tightly regulated environmental conditions, especially where product size and space efficiency are key concerns. Solutions like this highlight the versatility of modular buildings in industrial settings, where rapid deployment and customization are essential.
The integration of structural mezzanines with modular buildings also allows for multi-functional use of vertical space, reducing the facility footprint while improving workflow and equipment accessibility.
Custom Modular Building Enclosure on an Existing Free Standing Mezzanine
The end customer needed increased training and office space within their facility. The provided modular building system satisfied both of those requirements on top of a preexisting free-standing mezzanine.
This approach allowed the customer to maximize underutilized vertical space without interrupting operations on the ground floor. Modular buildings offer a flexible and efficient way to create enclosed, climate-controlled environments for office and training functions within active production areas. The adaptability of modular buildings also means future reconfiguration or expansion can be completed with minimal disruption to the facility’s workflow.

Two-Story Modular Building for a High Noise Level Environment
The mezzanine and modular building system allowed the customer to expand the office environment into the production floor area while keeping the in-office noise level down, even with a plant noise level exceeding 100 DBA.
In environments where excessive noise is a constant factor, modular buildings provide an effective barrier that enhances comfort and productivity for office personnel. Because modular buildings can be engineered with acoustic insulation and sound-dampening materials, they are ideal for maintaining quieter interior spaces in otherwise loud industrial facilities. This two-story configuration also demonstrates how modular buildings can support vertical expansion without sacrificing valuable floor space.
